REDWOOD CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Shutterfly, Inc. (NASDAQ:SFLY), the leading manufacturer and digital retailer of high-quality personalized products and services, announced today that it has acquired BorrowLenses, the premier online marketplace for photographic and video equipment rentals.
