Longboarding Adventure Filmed with Canon DSLRs and GoPros

Devin Graham is a well-known action/adventure/travel videographer who uses Canon DSLRs and GoPros for his filming. In his most recent video, Devin films longboarders riding along a closed road course in Utah.

While the above video is certainly exciting and entertaining, the behind the scenes video was most interesting to me. Notice how much planning and preperation goes into the shoot and how seemingly dangerous the camerawork is (although significant safety precautions were followed).

DSLRs have changed the landscape of filmmaking over the last few years. The introduction of the Canon 5D Mark II helped lower the bar on investment for creating high-quality, high-definition videos.
