made distant landscape lines look exceptionally sharp. Milky Way shots were sharp into corners. No batwings anywhere at f1.4. The glitch? My eyes see landscape compositions at 21 or 24/25mm and 35mm. I haven't used 28mm before. I often found 28 just wasn't wide enough for grand scenics. But man, this thing was incredible. If they ever make an Otus 21, my 21 Distagon will be a distant memory-and it is crazy sharp. Read Less
