Canon U.S.A. Announces New Contest for Emerging Photographers

From Canon U.S.A.: Emerging Photographers Compete For an Opportunity to Attend the Prestigious 2020 Palm Springs Photo Festival

Offering the next generation of image-makers the opportunity to demonstrate their talents, Canon U.S.A., Inc. is excited to announce a new contest open to students, recent graduates and otherwise emerging professionals in the field of photography.

Eligible entrants can submit six images and an essay that demonstrates the Entrant’s vision, talent, point of view and potential as a photographer for an opportunity to win a full experience at CONNECT 2020: the 15th Annual Palm Springs Photo Festival (PSPF) from May 3-8 in Palm Springs, California. Three (3) grand-prize winners will be selected to attend the festival as part of the prize package. Entrants can submit their entry for an opportunity to win the esteemed prize. Each grand prize will include the ability to study with legendary photographers at PSPF, participate in the celebrated Portfolio Review Program, attend an in-depth 3-4 day PSPF workshop and network with industry leaders, and more.
