Tamron Releases 10-24mm & 18-400mm Di II VC HLD Firmware Updates for Canon EOS R Compatibility

Tamron has released firmware updates for its 10-24mm F/3.5-4.5 Di II VC HLD and 18-400mm F/3.5-6.3 Di II VC HLD lenses with the following noted change:

• Enable general operations on Canon EOS R. [NOTE] Canon Mount Adapter EF-EOS R is required to attach the lens to Canon EOS R.

The lenses' firmware can be updated via the Tamron TAP-in Console.
