Rode Warns of No Warranty when Purchasing from Unauthorized "Fulfilled by Amazon" Dealers
A new messsage is now adorning the top of Rode's homepage:
Important information about purchasing from Amazon in the US.Here is a screenshot of a "Fulfilled by Amazon" listing:RØDE Microphones does not authorize Fulfilled By Amazon. If you purchase any RØDE microphone from an unauthoized dealer via Fulfilled By Amazon you will not receive any US warranty or technical support.
Amazon sells many Rode products directly, and those would indeed be eligible for the standard Rode warranty and technical support.
