Roseate Spoonbill

This Roseate Spoonbill was preening itself at Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge on Sanibel Island, Florida. The spoonbill was standing in place for a long time. I had taken plenty of shots of various standing poses - and insurance shots of the same, but was looking for something more unique. A preening session added an extra something to the pose.
