Oxbow Bend, Grand Teton National Park

I didn't have much time to give this great photography location on this particular morning - and was not as observative as I could have been. It was not until I was post-processing these pictures that I discovered a cow Moose feeding at the far end of the Snake River. Though only a small, dark blob at the waters edge at this resolution, it is easily identifiable at full resolution. Mount Moran reflects beautifully in this large section of the Snake River.

This is one of the classic Grand Teton National Park photgraphy locations. It is easy to find at the north end of the park and parking is available. Clear sky is a requirement for decent pictures as the mountains are quite a distance away.
