LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y., December 3, 2012 – Canon U.S.A., Inc., a leader in digital imaging solutions, today announced that for the fourth year in a row it has earned the Center of Excellence certification by BenchmarkPortal, placing its customer service call center in the top 10 percent as surveyed for efficiency and effectiveness.
