Amazon has a Canon EF 600mm f/4.0 L IS II USM Lens in stock.
Only 1 lens is available, the price is $13,999.95 (compare at $12,999.00) and the seller is Imaging World (I'm familiar with them, but have not personally bought from them).
I expect this lens to be very hard to find for a while - but you have to decide if you are willing to pay a premium to insure that you get one soon.
Update: Getting better - the Amazon price is now $13,599.00 plus $44.95 shipping via 17th Street Photo (reliable).
