According to an article at AmateurPhotographer.co.uk, Canon has pulled out of the UK's biggest consumer photo show, Focus on Imaging.
"A Canon UK spokesperson said: 'We are currently reviewing our marketing strategy and it is unfortunate that this decision falls just ahead of Focus on Imaging'." (thanks Mark)

"The Distortion Control Data firmware upgrade is available for Nikon D90 and D5000 cameras only. This is used to correct barrel and pincushion distortion during shooting and editing. This may be loaded into cameras that support distortion control."
