Adorama has the Nikon 200mm f/2G IF-ED AF-S VR NIKKOR Lens Refurbished by Nikon U.S.A for $3,699.00 shipped.

While I am a big fan of Canon refurbished cameras and lenses with their same-as-new warranty (from Adorama), I am generally less excited about Nikon refurbished gear due to the 5 year warranty on new lenses compared to the 90 day refurbished warranty. But an $1,100 savings on a really nice lens gets my attention.
