As I mentioned yesterday, B&H is accepting preorders for the game-changing Canon EOS C300 Digital Cinema System.

Note that this camera will not (initially at least) be available at all Canon authorized dealers. Only 17 dealers will be authorized to sell the Canon Cinema EOS System. Many third party accessories should be available by release date which is listed as on or after Jan 30th.

The Canon EOS C300 Digital Cinema Camera (EF or PL Mounts) are available for preorder at B&H for only $15,999.00 - a huge discount from the Canon EOS C300 Digital Cinema Camera press release-estimated price of $20,000.

The Canon Zoom Cinema Lenses for the Cinema EOS System are also available for preorder at B&H. The Canon CN-E 14.5-60mm T2.6 L S Cinema Zoom Lens (EF or PL Mount) is priced at $42,750.00 and the CN-E 30-300mm T2.95-3.7 L S EF Mount Cinema Zoom Lens (EF or PL Mount) is priced at $44,650.00.
